Chobe National Park is a mere one and a half hours from Victoria Falls. However, access to the camps and lodges in the remainder of Botswana’s wildlife areas is mainly by light aircraft.

All air transfers between Maun and the Camps are carried out by reputable organisations operating mostly single, but some twin, engine aircraft.

Whenever possible, itineraries are planned to incorporate schedule transfers to minimise costs, but some sections are operated by charters only.

Chobe National Park is open throughout the year, but the best game viewing is during the dry season from APRILE to OTTOBREwhile the bird life is prolific from September to APRILE.

15 000 square kilometres of the Kalahari Desert have been transformed into the lush Okavango Delta by the waters of the Okavango River which flood the area between APRILE/MAGGIO and LUGLIO.

The landscape of the delta incorporates the Moremi Wildlife Reserve with its flood plains, lagoons, secret waterways, palm covered islands and forests.
