The following provisions define the general sale conditions for the Zimbawe Selection booking service.

On selecting the most suitable structure for their holiday, the customer must send an email requesting availability. Travels Selection will respond to this request and confirm availability of the room. If the structure is full, another solution with similar characteristics will be proposed.

To confirm the booking, the customer must complete a form containing their personal details, credit card number and validity date.

The credit cards accepted are VISA and EUROCARD/ MASTERCARD.

The request will be irrevocably booked at the time the customer fills out the booking form with their personal details and credit card details.

On confirmation of the booking, Travels Selection will debit all the amount from the credit card.

The positive outcome of the booking will be confirmed by the sending of a Voucher, which must be shown at the reception desk of the riad.

If the customer decides to cancel their vacation, they must abide by the cancellation conditions indicated in the information sheet of each hotel
